EXTERIOR
Painstakingly engineered to have coupe-like dynamics, the Camaro Convertible's 312 – horsepower Direct Injection V6 offers an impressive 29 MPG highway(5), while the legendary SS model features a 6.2L V8 engine producing 426 horsepower and 24 MPG highway. The available automatic transmission version of SS features Active Fuel Management and offers 25 MPG highway(5), while delivering 400 horsepower.
Any car can go fast. The Camaro Convertible goes well. With a heat-treated aluminum tower-to-tower brace, we've managed to raise rigidity and exhilaration. Like it's sister, the Coupe, this convertible performs at a professional level; so you can get more than a wind-in-your-hair drive.
Large-diameter wheels and tires only enhance its ready-to-pounce presence.
The long hood and short rear deck give Camaro an iconic look and ensure that it won't be mistaken for anything else.

TECHNOLOGY
The latest technology inside Camaro Convertible keeps you informed and entertained. New for 2011 is the Head-Up Display (HUD), standard on 2LT and 2SS. The HUD displays your speed, rpm, and more - even your current radio station - on the windshield. You can customize the display height and intensity. Best of all, with OnStar® Turn-by-Turn Navigation(8) standard for the first six months, your directions also appear on the HUD.
Bluetooth® wireless technology(9) for select phones is available for 2LT and 2SS. Take calls with the touch of a button on the steering wheel-mounted controls.
