FUEL EFFICIENCY
Silverado Hybrid offers an EPA estimated 20 MPG city, 23 highway. That's better city fuel economy than a Ford Fusion V6. (6)

SAFETY
Suburban half-ton includes a long list of safety features designed to protect you and your most precious cargo:
- The control module compares your steering input with the vehicle's actual response and then, if necessary, makes small, individual brake applications to help you keep on track
- It automatically intervenes when it senses understeer (plowing), oversteer (fishtailing) or loss of lateral traction
- Driver and right-front passenger frontal
- Head-curtain side-impact for outboard seating positions
- Front-seat mounted for thorax and pelvic protection

- The safety cage is designed to help preserve occupant space in the event of a collision
- Crush zones, located in the front body structure, are designed for a "progressive crush" during a frontal crash. This design absorbs and channels crash energy in a controlled manner
- Monitors the inflation level in each of the four road tires. The Driver Information Center (DIC) then displays the readout of each tire's pressure (excludes spare tire)
- If any tire falls below a specified pressure, the driver is immediately alerted via a message in the DIC
