INTERIOR
Aveo5 offers plenty of space to lug around your most important stuff. That's because the rear seat folds and flips completely out of the way to create a hefty 37.2 cubic feet of maximum cargo room(6).
Go ahead and stretch out. Aveo5 may look small on the outside, but it offers best-in-class front and rear hip room and front shoulder room.
PERFORMANCE
Aveo5 offers 35 MPG highway(4). That's better standard highway fuel economy than Honda Fit and Nissan Versa(7). Every Aveo5 also boasts an ECOTEC 1.6L I-4 16-valve engine with Variable Valve Timing that generates ample horsepower and torque.
TECHNOLOGY
When you're not exactly sure how to get to where you're going, just push your OnStar®(5) button and ask the Advisor for directions. You can even ask to have directions recorded for playback through OnStar®(8). Standard for the first six months.
PROTECTED & CONNECTED WITH ONSTAR
SiriusXM Radio(10) with three trial months is standard on 2LT. Enjoy commercial-free music, sports, news and talk, comedy, family programming and more from coast to coast. (Also available on 1LT).
Playing music from your portable device through the Aveo5 sound system or iPod®(11) is as simple as plugging it into the input jack using a 3.5mm auxiliary cable.

Automatic Crash Response
In certain types of collisions, built-in vehicle sensors can automatically alert an OnStar�(5) Advisor who is immediately connected into your vehicle and can request emergency help be sent to your exact GPS location. Standard for the first six months.

Hold Control Mode
Aveo5 LT offers an available four-speed automatic with Hold Control mode, which helps reduce wheel spin and loss of traction on slick roads by allowing you to select a higher gear. You can also use it to remain in a lower gear on hilly or twisting roads.
Tire Pressure Monitor
Using a sensor inside each wheel, the Aveo5 Tire Pressure Monitor senses if a tire is losing air pressure and notifies you with a message in the Driver Information Center, indicating when a tire is low (excludes spare tire).
