Traction control

The traction control system on your Cruze^® provides maximum grip when you accelerate on rain-slick or snow-covered roads. When the system senses that 1 or both of the drive wheels are losing traction, it selectively applies brake pressure, reduces engine power or both to reduce wheelspin and keep you going.
