Rear auxiliary heater

The available rear auxiliary heater is a useful feature for van configurations where the back is kept separate from the front, such as with the Ambulance Package.

It is included with rear air conditioning for non-Ambulance Package applications and available with the Ambulance Package when ordered with the Vortec^® 6.0L V8 SFI FlexFuel¹ engine. It is not available with the Hotel Shuttle Package, Ambulance Package or Dedicated Compressed Natural Gas system. The heater requires an auxiliary heat generator when ordered with the Duramax^® 6.6L Turbo-Diesel V8 engine, and it is not available with the Ambulance Package with a diesel engine.
