Rear air conditioning

The available rear air conditioning provides a comfortable, consistent climate throughout the entire cabin of the vehicle. This feature should always be considered for individuals or companies involved in passenger transport.

This available feature also includes a rear heater, and a 145-amp alternator for non-Ambulance Package applications. It is available with the Ambulance Package when ordered with the Vortec^® 6.0L V8 SFI FlexFuel¹ engine (but not with a diesel engine). It is not available with the Hotel Shuttle Package, Ambulance Package or the Dedicated Compressed Natural Gas system. With a diesel engine, it requires a fuel-operated auxiliary heat generator, including rear heater and 145-amp alternator.

¹E85 is a combination of 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline. Go to chevy.com/biofuels to see if there is an E85 station near you.
