The service includes Automatic Crash Response™¹ that helps reduce the response time of emergency medical attention. In a crash, built-in sensors can automatically alert an OnStar Advisor who is immediately connected to the vehicle to check if you need help. It also provides emergency services, crisis assist and stolen vehicle assistance including Remote Ignition Block™, Stolen Vehicle Slowdown^®, Remote Door Unlock, Turn-by-Turn Navigation, OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics, Roadside Assistance and Hands-Free Calling.<sup>2
