Chevrolet will unveil the highly anticipated seventh-Generation Corvette and the all-new 2014 Silverado at auto shows around the country this winter
Gleaming concept cars. International spokesmodels. That new car smell! It’s no big secret why millions of Americans attend auto shows every year. Local and international auto shows are the public’s chance to see all the new vehicles from all the automakers, all under one roof, in a dazzling display of steel, glass, paint and rubber.
Chevrolet will have a presence at more than 60 auto shows across the country this winter (select your region above to find an auto show near you). And while visitors will get to kick the tires on lots of new 2014 Chevys, it’s the all-new Corvette and Silverado that will really turn heads.
The iconic sports car has only changed body styles five times since its unveiling in 1953. And on 01.13.13, the Corvette will transform once again. “With the Corvette, we set out to build a world-challenging sports car with design, refinement, efficiency and driver engagement that is second to none,” said Tadge Juechter, Corvette chief engineer. “The result is a truly all-new Corvette.”
As anticipation builds, details about the seventh-generation Corvette will be revealed on one13thirteen.com. Join the conversation and discover more on Facebook and on Twitter at #one13thirteen.
Chevrolet will also take the wraps off the 2014 Silverado 1500 at a special event in the Detroit area on December 13, 2012. The new Silverado has been reengineered and reimagined to be stronger, smarter and more capable than ever. Not a single component went untouched – from interior and exterior styling to ergonomics and performance. The result is a full-size pickup that raises the bar once again.

The new Silverado will be on public display for the first time at the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit from January 19–27 and will go into production next year.
