With OnStar3 Automatic Crash Response, you will get the help you need, even if you can't ask for it. OnStar Advisors are specially trained to respond to any type of emergency, 24/7.

Automatic Crash Response

Most 2007 and newer Chevy vehicles features Automatic Crash Response, which enables built-in sensors around your vehicle to automatically alert an OnStar Advisor if your vehicle has been involved in certain types of collisions — regardless of whether the air bags2 have deployed. An OnStar Advisor is immediately connected into your vehicle to ask if you are okay. Using GPS technology, the Advisor can pinpoint your determined location and request that emergency help be sent right away — even if you are unable to ask for it. The Advisor can also relay critical crash information to emergency responders, such as the severity and type of crash so the responders are better prepared to help you at the scene.
