The fully boxed frame features a front section that is designed with stronger hydroformed rails to be torsionally stiffer, which reduces twisting and improves ride. The wider front and rear tracks help contribute to ride stability. In addition, the location of cross members in the rear has been modified to improve durability and maintain Avalanche's impressive load-carrying capability.
