Six-Speed Automatic Transmission

Standard on Sport, a six-speed automatic transmission with a Tap-Up/Tap-Down driver shift control feature on the gear shift lever allows the driver to manually select upshifts and downshifts with a simple push or pull of the shift lever.

When in the automatic mode, the transmission selects the proper gear state for smooth, consistent shifting (depending on load demands and operating conditions). When the manual Tap-Up/Tap Down feature is engaged, the driver has more precise control of the transmission for an enhanced performance experience.
