See how Suburban can help you fill your big needs.

CHEVY SUBURBAN. EVERY BIG FAMILY WILL WANT ONE.
The history of the full-size sport utility vehicle (SUV) began 73 years ago with Chevy Suburban. We take that responsibility seriously, which is why Suburban continues to fill your big needs with powerful Vortec engines. This includes the standard 5.3L V8 gasoline engine on half-ton models that incorporates Active Fuel Management technology and helps Suburban 2WD offer an EPA estimated 20 MPG highway. That's better than Toyota Sequoia or Nissan Armada.1 There's also an available FlexFuel 5.3L V8 engine that can run on either unleaded fuel or E85 ethanol,2 a blend of 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline, or a combination of both. Available in two wheel drive (2WD) and four wheel drive (4x4). We know families travel in Suburban every day, so the list of standard safety features includes StabiliTrak, head-curtain side-impact air bags for all rows3 and OnStar4 Automatic Crash Response standard for one year (LS features Safe & Sound Plan, while LT and LT Z feature Directions & Connections Plan). And 2009 half-ton models earned the highest possible rating in government frontal and side-impact crash tests — five stars.5 As always, Suburban is the SUV that can carry people and cargo. There's seating for nine in LS . Or you can load up your gear with a class-leading 137.4 cu. ft. of maximum cargo capacity.6 Three-quarter-ton models trailer up to 9,600 lbs.7 Plus, 2009 Suburban is backed by the best coverage in America: 100,000 mile/5-year8 transferable Powertrain Limited Warranty plus Roadside Assistance and Courtesy Transportation Programs. See how Suburban stacks up in a competitive comparison. Take a look at the Chevy Accessories available for Suburban.
1 EPA estimated MPG (highway): Suburban 20; Sequoia 19; Armada 18.

Never place a rear-facing infant restraint in the front seat of any vehicle equipped with a passenger air bag. See the Owner's Manual and child safety seat instructions for more safety information.
