It’s one thing for us to say our Chevrolet vehicles give you excellent value for your dollar, but it’s
much better when a trusted third party makes that value claim for us. So, it is with great pride that
can we tell you about our four wins in the 10th annual Vincentric Best Value in America awards.
Chevrolet earned honors for Best Value Truck Brand with its Silverado family of trucks, as well as Best Value Full Size 3/4-Ton Heavy Duty Pickup with Silverado 2500. Silverado is the most dependable, longest-lasting pickup on the road, offering the best pickup coverage in America, including 2-year/24,000 mile recommended scheduled maintenance and a 5-year/100,000-mile powertrain limited warranty.
Chevrolet was also awarded Best Value Large SUV with Suburban and Best Value Electric/Plug-in Hybrid with Spark EV†.
To determine which vehicles win its Best Value in America awards, Vincentric measures cost of ownership using eight different factors: depreciation, fees and taxes, financing, fuel, insurance, maintenance, opportunity costs and repairs. Vincentric honors the vehicles that have lower than expected ownership costs given their market segment and price. Each vehicle was evaluated in all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, using a range of annual mileage intervals and insurance profiles.
It’s nice to be recognized, and it’s even nicer to win — as Silverado, Silverado 2500, Suburban and Spark EV did in the 2014 Vincentric Best Value in America awards.
