Express Cutaway Model

The Chevrolet Express Cutaway offers end users and upfitters flexibility and durability with three available wheelbases, single or dual rear wheels and three engine choices.

A proven foundation with a full-length, ladder-type frame, the Express Cutaway can handle several upfit types, including utility/service, van body, ambulance/rescue, shuttle bus or school bus upfits.

Standard features also include frontal air bags with a passenger-side deactivation switch, Daytime Running Lamps, a Tire Pressure Monitoring System and a 4-wheel disc antilock brake system.

3500 & 4500
Models

With a strong, full-length, ladder-type frame, the Express 3500 Cutaway van provides an excellent foundation for upfitting. If your job has even bigger requirements, turn to the Express 4500 Cutaway, which delivers a max payload of 9,156 lbs. and offers a 159-inch wheelbase.

Powertrain

Vortec 4.8L V8 and Vortec 6.0L V8

Vortec V8 power is standard, along with a Hydra-Matic six-speed automatic
transmission that includes auto grade braking and Tow/Haul mode.

 

Optional Duramax® 6.6L Turbo-Diesel V8

The Duramax 6.6L Turbo Diesel V8 features 335 horsepower and 685 lb.-ft. of torque;
it's also B20-Diesel compatible.
