CHEVROLET
ACCESSIBILITY
Chevy Accessibility. Engineered to go forward.
We’re committed to making driving more accessible for all. That’s why we’re always looking for clever, purposeful solutions to help drivers with disabilities and their caregivers get through their everyday. While our journey is just beginning, Traverse already offers innovative assistance features for a range of needs, because everyone deserves to travel with pride and peace of mind.

“By considering and valuing the needs of people with disabilities or those who care for someone with a disability, GM is giving people independence. That is the part that gets me excited!”
– Kerri W., Infrastructure Delivery Manager at GM

Contact your local licensed accessibility equipment installer.
When having any aftermarket device installed in your vehicle, you’re responsible for contacting an independent licensed accessibility equipment upfitter† to have it properly installed. A good place to start is the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association (NMEDA). NMEDA dealers are certified through the Quality Assurance Program, a nationally recognized accreditation program that requires top safety standards from accessibility equipment installers.
