You can set and change your notification preferences through My Account or by calling an OnStar®† Advisor (press the blue OnStar button or call 1-888-4ONSTAR or 1-888-466-7827). Here’s how to manage notification preferences through My Account.
Manage Notification Settings Through Your GM Account
1. Go to Chevrolet.com.
2. Select the account icon.
3. Sign in to My Account.
4. The account panel will display.
5. Select a vehicle. The Vehicle Overview page will display.
6. Select Notification Preferences at the bottom of the page. The Notification Preferences page will display.
7. You can set how you want to receive notifications (email and/or text) for items such as Diagnostic Reports, Dealer Maintenance Due, Wi-FI Data and Theft Alarm Alerts.
Note: You can opt out of text messages for specific campaigns by replying “Stop” to the text message. Go here for more information.
