How To How to track your Chevrolet Parts or Accessories order

Learn how to track your Chevrolet Parts or Accessories order to view shipping updates, pickup status or what to do in the event of a missing order.

View order status updates

There are three methods to track and view status updates on a pickup or installation order:

  • Sign in to My Chevrolet Account and click on the Orders tab
  • Contact your dealer
  • Contact GM for assistance

 

Once signed in to your My Chevrolet Account, you will see all orders and their current statuses by clicking on the Orders tab.

Pickup orders

If your parts or accessories order is for pickup, please contact the seller directly for updates. Refer to your order confirmation email for seller contact information and the order number.

Ship-to-Home orders

If your parts or accessories order is Ship-to-Home, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to view status updates. Your shipping tracking link will remain active for 14 days after your item has shipped.

Missing orders

In the event of a missing order, please contact the seller or call shopping support at (844) 847-1118 for assistance in replacing your order. Be prepared to provide your parts or accessories order or tracking numbers as a reference.

For your security, please don’t include personal info such as phone number, address or credit card details.

How do I purchase parts and accessories online?

You can purchase through participating third-party sellers online here for GM Genuine Parts and ACDelco parts and through the Chevrolet website for accessories.

 

To help ensure you find the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, enter your GM VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on the parts or accessories homepage. (Note: Please see list below for how to locate your VIN.) You can also search by entering your vehicle’s year, make and model. Please note: you could be asked for additional details about your vehicle, including body style, bed length and drive type. For technical questions and inquiries regarding vehicle specifications, repair parts, and automotive maintenance, please reach out to your local seller via the Dealer Locator.

 

You can find your VIN in one of the following ways:

  • The most common way to find your VIN is to sign in to your account. If you have trouble signing in, please visit My Account Support.
  • Look at your dashboard on the driver's side of the vehicle – where your dashboard meets your windshield. Your VIN is best viewed from outside the vehicle
  • Open your driver’s side door and find the VIN sticker on the doorframe
  • Check your state vehicle registration. VINs are listed on registrations in most states
  • If you receive a monthly diagnostics report email, your VIN may be found when you view it

 

Your preferred seller will process your purchases. Most sellers accept major credit cards, including Visa®, Mastercard®,* Discover® and American Express®, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. You can complete all Parts and Accessories purchases online or contact your dealer directly.

 

If you have any problems ordering online, you can call (844) 847-1118 for shopping support or contact your seller directly to order over the phone. You can find contact information for various sellers using the Dealer Locator.

How do I redeem points from GM Rewards toward my purchase?

On the parts and accessories websites, you can enter the number of points (in conjunction with the GM Rewards* Terms & Conditions) you’d like to redeem toward your eligible purchase on the Shopping Cart page

What is the warranty for my part?

Most parts include information under the warranty tab on the parts and accessories websites. Please visit here for more information about limited warranties for parts.

Why do the prices for parts change?

Orders are fulfilled by our network of third-party sellers. Each seller that participates in the Parts Program to sell on our websites is independently owned and operated and sets their own prices for the services and parts that they offer. Once you select a seller, you will see their price for the item displayed.
