Find the right part or accessory

Before you speak to a local dealer about installation, it’s important you’re able to find the right part or accessory for your Chevrolet vehicle. To do so:
 

  • Visit the parts site or accessories site
    • Enter your GM VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or your vehicle’s year, make and model.
      • Note: Your VIN can be found on your state vehicle registration, vehicle insurance or on the vehicle itself.
  • Search by product name or part number.
  • Browse products by categories.

 

Entering additional vehicle details for full fitment will ensure you find and select a part or accessory that fits your vehicle. For more technical questions, please reach out to your local dealer to ensure you are purchasing the correct item for your vehicle.

If you would like to have your replacement part or accessory installed:

 

  • Choose installation as an option when purchasing your product.
  • Contact the selling dealer to discuss service, installation and schedule an appointment.

  • Choose installation as an option when purchasing your tires.
  • Connect with your local Chevrolet Certified Service provider.
  • Contact the selling dealer to discuss service, installation and schedule an appointment.

Do I need to create an account to place a part or accessory order online?

No, you can check out as a guest. If you create an account and sign in, you can store your payment method, view order history, and enroll or link to your GM Rewards™.

How can I return my online part or accessory order?

All parts purchased online and shipped directly to you or picked up from a seller’s location may be returned for a complete refund, including shipping, within 30 days of your receipt. To be eligible for a return, the part or accessory must be in original condition (i.e., new and unused) and returned with all parts/components, instructions and original product packaging. To qualify for a refund, please return all eligible parts or accessories to the seller.

 

If you received an incorrect or damaged part or accessory, please contact your seller or shopping support at (844) 847-1118 to do one of the following:

 

  • Coordinate an exchange with the seller for the correct part
  • Refund shipping
  • Refund the order

How do I redeem points from GM Rewards™ to my purchase?

During the checkout process on the parts and accessories websites, you can enter the number of points (in conjunction with the GM Rewards* Terms & Conditions) you’d like to redeem toward your eligible purchase.

What is the status of my part or accessory order?

For status updates on the pickup or installation of your parts or accessories order:

 

  • Sign in to MyChevrolet Account and click on the Orders tab
  • Contact the selling dealer 
  • Contact GM for assistance

 

To track your shipping order(s), please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

If you did not receive your parts or accessories order, please contact the seller or shopping support at (844) 847-1118 for assistance in replacing your order. Please be ready to provide your order or tracking number as a reference.

When should I have my tires rotated?

As part of a newly revised maintenance schedule, owners of 2011 model year or newer GM vehicles are advised to see their dealer for a tire rotation every 7,500 miles.

What are the parts of a tire?

Inner Layers:

 

  • Belts: Rubber-coated layers of steel, fiberglass, rayon and other materials located between the tread and plies. Belts provide resistance to punctures and help treads stay flat to contact the road.
  • Inner Liner: The innermost layer of a tubeless tire that prevents air from escaping through the tire.

 

Outer Layers: 

 

  • Tread: The portion of the tire that contacts the road.
  • Sipes: Special slits within the tread that improve traction on wet, dirty, sandy or snowy road surfaces.
  • Grooves: The spaces between two adjacent tread ribs that allow water to escape effectively.

 

Side Structures:

 

  • Sidewall: Protects cord plies and features markings and tire information, such as tire size and type.
  • Shoulder: The outer edge of the tread that wraps into the sidewall area.
