Efficiency in every drive

With One Pedal Driving,* you can slow down and stop your vehicle using only the accelerator pedal under most conditions. This makes for a more energy-efficient, easier drive as you don’t have to switch back and forth between pedals.

This feature allows you to manually slow down your vehicle, converting some of the energy from your EV’s movement directly to the battery. This helps store the energy for future use and reduces wear on your brakes.

What is Regen on Demand™?

There is a paddle on the back of the steering wheel that allows you to engage regenerative braking for deceleration of the vehicle while putting more energy back into the battery, which can potentially increase your range. To activate, pull and hold the Regen on Demand* paddle. 

What is One Pedal Driving?

Press the One Pedal Driving* button to activate, this mode allows you to drive with one pedal in most circumstances. It can bring the vehicle all the way to complete stop without touching the brake pedal, although you should always be ready to engage the brake. Once the One Pedal Driving button is pressed, it will stay active until you press it again, even between drives. This also helps store more energy in the battery for future use. You can use this mode at any speed.  

What is Super Cruise®?

Super Cruise* is an available hands-free driver assistance feature for compatible roads. Working in tandem with Adaptative Cruise Control*, Super Cruise uses precise, real-time positioning, cameras, sensors, and LiDAR map data to help detect curves in the road, making your long drives more comfortable. Super Cruise roads have more than tripled since 2018 and will continue to grow. If equipped, Bolt EUV includes 3 years of Super Cruise connectivity to support this functionality, after which a paid plan is required.  

How can I obtain a conversion package on my Chevrolet vehicle?

Your local Chevrolet dealer should be able to assist you in finding the best conversion company to fit your needs and should be able to handle the details of having the conversion done to your vehicle. Go to the Chevrolet Dealer Locator to locate a Chevrolet dealer in your area.

What is OnStar®?

OnStar is an in-vehicle safety and security system designed to help provide added peace of mind on the road. OnStar* is available on nearly every GM vehicle sold in the U.S. and Canada. With an active OnStar Protect plan, you get the following services:

  • Automatic Crash Response* with Injury Severity Prediction 
  • Emergency Services, including a priority 24/7 connection to an OnStar Emergency Medical 
  • Dispatch-certified* Advisor
  • Crisis Assist, in the event of severe weather, a natural disaster or other crisis

What is Vehicle Diagnostics?

The Vehicle Diagnostics* service monitors your vehicle’s key operating systems and provides you with regular updates about your vehicle’s health, so that you can enjoy extra peace of mind when you’re on the road. You can choose to receive a monthly email with a report on your vehicle’s key operating systems. With Diagnostic Alerts, you can set your preferences to receive real-time email or text message alerts about your vehicle’s health. The service also includes Proactive Alerts*, which can predict potential maintenance needs with key vehicle components before they happen, and Dealer Maintenance Notification, which can notify your preferred dealer when it’s time to schedule regular maintenance.
