While we encourage you to return to the dealer where you originally purchased your vehicle, covered maintenance services can be performed by Certified Service expert technicians at any General Motors dealership.

Exclusions

  • Maintenance services not performed by a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, or Cadillac Dealer
  • Mechanical breakdown repairs, whether or not the repairs are associated with a covered service
  • Any improvements or upgrades of any kind made to the vehicle
  • Maintenance services in excess of those provided by the Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement

We offer Pre-Paid Maintenance in conjunction with your Chevy’s Oil Life Monitoring System. We realize different driving styles may require more frequent maintenance. Therefore, various terms and mileage options are available.

You can track all completed and remaining service visits in the Vehicle Maintenance Services Checklist section of your Pre-Paid Maintenance Agreement.

  • Prior authorization from the program administrator is required for services performed at a facility other than the selling dealer.

  • Transfers to another private party are allowed within 30 days of resale or lease assumption, subject to $50 transfer fee. Transfer to a dealership is not allowed.

  • If you cancel your agreement within the first 30 days and without any maintenance services redeemed, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 30 days or any maintenance services have been redeemed, you will receive a pro rata refund less any maintenance services redeemed and less a $50 processing fee, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

     

  • PPM Plus is only available on vehicles sold prior to first scheduled service visit. Coverage and the number of covered services will vary based on the term and plan selected. Ask your dealer for coverage details and exclusions. May not be available in all states.
